Here are some tutorials I've written on techniques I've tried out and luckily haven't forgotten how I've made it. There will be some more as soon as I'll try out someting different. I am using Photoshop but they should work similarly in PSP, also I have a German version of PS so I've done my best to translate the tools, filters and settings but in the screencaps there are be the German expressions.
